What head gasket comes as standard on a GTi-R ?

I know it probably sounds a strange question but i have aquired the car with quite a few mods  & it seems to have had some internal engine work, not sure what but it definately has a steel head gasket,i would say just over 1mm thick.

Also has FMIC,uprated pipework & dumpvalve,running 1.1bar.

Everything seems really good, just tring to get an idea of what may have been done.

Cheers

Not rude but does sound a bit like the sort of name a 12 year old might use for himself :? .

Hi Stu,
Yes it is my 1st R mate & i've got to say i'm really impressed,
knew i wanted something quicker than the Almera GTi,
was impressed by my mates Skyline R33GTS-t 380bhp but only in a straight line,
R's handle as well.

Rob:When i thought of the Pulsarnator it made me p**s myself laughing, that's the idea,it's a joke name to give people a laugh.

I've owned both an R33 GTS-T and a pulsar at the same time and the pulsar definitely handles a lot better than the skyline  , I'm not saying the skyline is pants because its not its very good indeed just different  , I used to love the ar5e out at roundabouts in the skyline 8) :D .

Oh and the built quality of the skyline is light years ahead of a pulsar  .

Thanks Stu.
Can actually see the edge of it sitting slightly proud of the head.
Had to look twice but recognised the look of it from when a mate of mine had his forged engine rebuild on his Evo with 1.2mm steel head gasket, as that has a very slight overlap at the edge of the head.

Rob: I know what you mean about the build quality, but for useability the R is way in front,
To use the GTS-t properly you've got to have good weather, his stays parked up for about four months of the year, lovely car & much quicker than the R,but only if you can get traction.
Would'nt imagine the Skylines are that quick if standard tho'.
