flywheel and other questions

I had a look through the workshop manual and cant find the torque
setting for the flywheel bolts, so does anyone know what torque
setting to tighten them to?

also do i need to replace the metal gasket thing in between the
block and box

or can i use the
one that was on there ???

PS WHile the box is out and other things are out aswell, i have
noticed grime and what appears to be salt deposits all over, what is
the best way to clean the box and throttles??? just a drill and wire
disc???? i tried de-greaser and it didnt do much good.
