Fitting an oil cooler

not quite sure wether this is in the right section but anyway i wanna fit an oil cooler to my R (recently aquired ) but am wandering where the pipes are to be located ? i have never fitted one to a turbo'd car before so any help would be much appreciated.

There's normally a sandwich plate that fits between the block and the oil filter for the pipes to come from.

Is this an aftermarket product? if not i take it these pipes are allready there but blocked off?

Yeah the sandwich plate is an aftermarket item, it comes as part of the kit and has the pipes coming off it.
