FET Relay

Hi all! I found a small black relay with 'FET High Performance Relay' written on it and some white cables with bullet type connectors on the ends and 'FET Tuning Systems' written on the cables. Anyone know what these are, or what they do? I found them down by the battery, between the air filter and head light. :?
