Fault code = 11

i rang nissan about a crank position sensor and they said my car doesnt have one.
wat is wrong with my car if the fault check shows 11

the crank position sensor is in the distributor so its basically a cam position sensor see if you can try swopping your distributor with another local R owners to see if it fixes the problem first before actually buying one.
