Extremly high EGT

Either lean (dont care what consult says as narrow band as campbellju says is of no use at all) or retarded timing. What amounts of ignition timing are you runnign when the manifold is red. Consider that EGT over 1000c pre turbo will probably damage ex valves sooner or later...
Well, Again all I have is conzult readings.. 20 degrees when idling, about 30-40 when driving casually. And 10-12 on max boost.

But if I'm not mistaking this is just what the ECU wants the timing to be? The actual timing might be different if there is a sensor malfunctioning or something?

However I am under 1000 celcius since I changed fuel so that might have been the problem. I haven't had a chance to stay on maximum boost for a longer period of time yet though so don't know how much it will rise.
