this questions been asked loads of times, and its the same answer- stay away from cheap ebay manifolds! they crack easily and the standard ones are good for up to around 400bhp i think?! your better off investing in a 3" turbo elbow

best place for that is in the down pipe

in the downpipe loss a lot of temp

in the down pipe you can install the wideband

its your choice mate, but i wouldnt drill and tap standard manifold just to fit an egt probe.

Put the EGT in the turbo exhaust housing, Not the downpipe or the manifold.
