im thinking of getting a defi bf oil pressure gauge,just wanted to know is the sensor that comes with it a direct replacement for the stock one?ie will it screw straight in stock place

you will need an adapter for the oil temp sensor so it can run both sensors as the ecu needs to know the oil temp as well

I think you may be getting mixed up with the water temp there, but i could be wrong.

Yep - Oil temp not required by ECU - Defi sensor is 1/8" PT (PTFE tape on sensor prior to screwing in will work fine)
