That's just about the same spring rates I have on my k-sports and yes it is very good on a track, But in my personnel opinion 5hit for road use :doh: :roll: .

I am new to coilovers and before i start fitting them it would be great with some advice.
There are to silver arms in the kit, is it a replacement for the rear droplinks?
On the picture there are washers with marks and bushings,
can someone please tell me what they are for?
