crash bang handling

Hi Guys

I am not very happy with the cars handling at the moment, its been like it for ages it seems to very crashy over bumps etc (which are everywhere).
My rear subby bushes are worn but I have a new subframe being prepared, I am on uprated shocks and lowering springs so nothing out of the ordinary. I cant see any knackered other bushes and it seems ok on smooth stuff. I have 15" wheels.

It just seems to be a poorly composed over anything that isnt smooth tarmac.

Any advice please

What tyres and tyre pressures are you running? Stiff sidewalls or over inflation can cause issues.

Are the dampers adjustable? What brand are they.

I am running toyo Tr1 @ 32 psi and the damper are front tokio adjustable set in the middle and rear kyb super specials set on number 1.

Toyo T1R's from my experience are quite a soft sidewall. The tyre pressures are normal. Could try slackening off your dampers as a start but I guess you are looking for something else
