COOLANT PROBLEM

Hi There,

When the cars cold the coolant level in the resevoir bottle is on max, when the car is at running temp, the coolant rises and comes out of the top and when i go back to the car after an hour the coolant is on min and all over the floor,

any common problems before i bleed the system

yes, the max level is where you should fill it to when its hot, not cold

your sure that the coolant system is not pressurising if so could be a dodgy head gasket :!: :!:

and are we talking that the car is just on tick over to get it up to temp or running as in driving it ??
