Clutch problems

I have to press the clutch all the way to the floor to be able to change gear at low speeds anyway. Its much better at higer speeds/revs. And advice? Fluids seem mine.

I don't think its anything to worry about. Mines the same and I've got a new Helix organic clutch in it.
Or i could be wrong, I'm sure someone who has driven lots of Rs will be able to give better advice.

Might need some adjustment at the pedal head - up near the steering column.
Agreed. If it's going all the way down you've either got too much free play (i.e. the amount the pedal moves before it pushes the master cylinder), or there's a problem at the fork end (like it's bent because the clutch is too heavy, or the pivot has gone through it).

In all fairness, because it's a hydraulic clutch there isn't much adjustment you can do; it sort of adjusts its self for the stroke of the cylinders.
