clunky gears and clutch pedal to the floor

right i dont think its the problem as my last topic as i read the how to guide on adjusting the clutch pedal and just want to make sure im doing it right , i had a look just now and the lock nut and bolt u adjust is loose im guessing this is the culprit then , just want some one to agree before i go sorting it out.

sorted now the rod lock nut was loose so adjusted and now is fine , was going in to a garage tomorow to take a look and he seemed worried that i couldnt get it in gear , but il still send it in just to get it looked all
