If it's the dual funnel, then it's dry iirc so won't need oiling. I would just attack it with a hoover, washing machine will knock it for 6, you'll bend all the fins and probably be blowing bubbles for a while :roll: :lol:
I used to soak my old K&N in hot water and fairy liquid, and give it a shake every now and then to get rid of the crap. rinse off all the suds and hang it out to dry
