Camshaft verniers, look familiar?

Anyone recognise these?

If i can figure out what make the verniers are it may give me a clue as to what the cams are and thus what to set them at.

the cams have N14 66 stamped on them but no other id marks.

They look like the Piper ones.

Nope, not piper, i just emailed them and they say they're not there's.
Any other ideas anyone??
