Bumpsteerkit..what does it exactly do?

Been going through the FAQ, using the search, but can't find a good explanation of what the bumpsteerkit does.
Everyone says it improves handling, less bodyroll/understeer, but what does the kit do?
Seems to me like it's a set of somehow changed trackrod ends..
But what has been changed?
Is the track rod end going to be higher/lower mounted then a standard track rod end or something ??
Could anyone enlighten me with some info?
In normal english please...not all the tech talk..english is just my "hobby" language...

yer, i wanna know too.. i know you have to get the tow adjusted after.. but not much more than that.

surely anyone could fit this mod theresevles and just get the tracking set up and a tyre centre.

Yup, just as long as ur tyre place isnt too far or u'll kill the tyres.

This is quite a simple kit to fit.I have gone down the road of spending all my money on Handling and would place this very highly on overall improvement to the car it makes the car drive flat around corners.
