Building oil pump

Have a couple of questions relating to this..

- Should i pack the pump with vaseline before sealing it up, i've read this is a good idea.
- The torque settings seem really small for the screws and bolts that hold the rear cover on, can anyone confirm what to do here?
- Is there anything else i should be mindful of when fitting it back togther?

thread lock the screw's and bolt's,and you don't need to pack it with vasaline,just put oil in it and prime the oil filter with oil and turn the car over with the injectors/coil disconected till you get some oil pressure before you start it.
