Look on the inner wing at the end of the filter. The little plastic thing is what you're looking for.

Ta very much

Incidentally is it normal for the boost gauge to be disconnected when the engine has been modified?

Does the original boost gauge not work anymore as i see lots of people have aftermarket boost gauges on theirs???

I had mine disconected when my after market one was fitted....

See if you have any tell tale signs of after market gauges being fitted ie screw holes in the dash etc etc they may have been removed to sell before you got the car

my standard and aftermarket both connected, standard one shows 0.2bar less than aftermarket one.

so standard one is either ****ed, or I'm running 1.2bar :-D

Find this thing matey on inner wing under maf. I think this should have vac pipe run to gauge.

Last annoying question

Is their any real easy way to get the turbo up to 1 bar without paying out much money?

You could use a bleed valve or boost hose loop.
