Air fuel gauge

I am looking to get an air fuel gauge. Am i correct in saying that i need to buy the gauge and a sensor? I have looked on ebay and found some with huge price differences, is this because one comes with a sensor and the other does not, or is it that the more exspensive one is just better?

The cheap one is only a narowband and the other one is a wideband afrs are not something to srimp on buy the cheapest wideband you can find as they all do the same job the AEM one is a good bit of kit and has good instuctions .

Thanks for the reply, will they do the same job though. Is it that one can read a bigger more accurate scale, i don't understand the difference between.

Imho, any narrowband sensor and display is a waste of time and money for diagnostic work.

If you're going to go for an AFR gauge, go for a wideband sensor and display. AEM do a very good value one, for around £150.
