4 point harness

just got my self a pair of these for my car been reading a bit on here on how to fit them. Can anyone give me some info as there seems to be some conflicting info. I have a roll cage with harness bar, do i run the straps over the bar and anchor them to the rear seatbelt holes or do i just attach the straps to the bar. Also what anchor eyes have people used and where is best to get them.

put them to the harness bar but cross them over before attaching them i.e. they shouldn't run side by side to the bar.

You can buy anchor eyes and plates on ebay pretty cheap
