Z32 Upgrade for GTI-R

Hi there,

i have fit my Z 32 Maf in the GTI-R. Now i have become the installationguide from these link:

but i don´t find the installation for the GTI-R and i don´t can fit the wires on the adaptor. Anybody here who can help me?

Yes i do, but the wire give only max 0,5 - 4 Volts.. so i must fit seperality 12V + wire to this???

Hi, i took photos but they are crap due to poor lighting conditions.

Anyway from the standard MAF loom you use the two orange wires and one white. The white goes to the the 4th pin, going from left to right (you may have to extend the wires as has been done on mine)
the 3rd pin is earthed.
the 2nd and 5th pins connect to the orange wires (i dont think the order is important)

So pin 1 and 6 are not used.

I will take some decent photos in the morning.

not my words mate, just pulled it from the section.

maybe pm ginga or ashhills, they've both got one fitted.

Can anyone tell me the diameter of the 300zx maf please? As in the measurement at the opening where it would bolt to a cone filter.

u would need an adapter plate

i got a tomei filter from bren at apex performance that goes straight on Z32 maf and it was only 60 quid

The one i'm looking at at the moment is a universal A'PEXi one - but its only 65 Euro to my doorstep!

Right, I've got an Apexi filter and it fits on directly to the Z32 afm without the need for an adaptor (like the gtir version).
