timing marks?

hi can anyone help please i cant find where the marks on the cam pulleys are ment to line up with! also i dont know which mark on the bottom puley is tdc thanks carl

bottom pully should be secound from left mark.

inlet cam should be at 11 o'clock and exhaust cam at 2 o'clock
