Shogun Brakes

Hi guys, when i bought my car I was told it had shogun brakes on the front, the time has come to change the pads and I'm looking for something a bit better, heard somewhere that evo 3 brakes are the same as the shogun ones...any truth in that?? any help would be great

yeah they are very similar and are 2 pots
get some carbotech pads and they will be very good brakes

are the shogun calipers still used with clio 172 discs?
