possible turbo problem

Car will not start, was thinking fuel pump but seems to be a intercooler / turbo problem. With the intercooler fitted the car just turns over and will not fire, take the intercooler off and it runs and ticks over sweet as a nut.

Thinking a turbo seal has gone and leaking exhaust gas back into the intake? Anyone had this before?

is there oil in your intake? i`m sure there`d be oil in i first before it`d get to that extent of movement.

Disconnect your maf an try starting it?
Fault code check?

Is your lambda sensor connected still? I know the first stage of the map runs in closed loop with the 02 sensor but not sure how it`d effect starting / linked to the intercooler.
