nismo engin mounts,

i`m gonna fit my new mounts this weekend but has anyone got any top tips for squeezing the inserts into the mount?

can it just be tapped in with a hammer? i`m concerned cos i don`t want to crack the mount itself.

there not a five minute job you have to hammer the old ones out and it best to press the new ones in with a hydraulic press make sur you get them lined up properly as they are eccentric and youll have a b..stad refitting to engine and body

I think mike will confirm it is also very tricky lining everything up and getting everything to bolt in easy when you've fitted them

Also i hope you don't have any loose teeth
