hks only do a core intercooler for the R so im told.

HKS, A'PEXi, GReddy etc... don't do GTiR specific Intercooler kits...

Most people who have them, have custom pipe kits made up for the intercooler...

A few garages bring in cores and make up kits for our cars though

e.g

Hiteq - HKS Front Mount Intercooler with custom stainless steel pipe kit

DP Motorsport - A'PEXi Front Mount Intercooler with custom stainless steel pipe kit


You can buy the GReddy or any other core and mount it to the GTiR no problem but you'll need someone to make up a pipe kit for you...

thats what i thought

u can just opt for the Greddy Core intercooler etc and get the pipework custom done...

i did already make an enquiry regarding this last week and got told the same wanted to confirm.

didnt kow if the pipe worko on the s13 maybe kinda the same.

I use a huge HKS core...

Pipe run on the S13 is completely different especially as the engine is mounted differently...

i think the only thing you have to be carefull of, is the depth of the core, ive got a greddy, and the outlets only just fit behind the bumper, i think the forge is pretty tight as wel.
The other tricky thing is getting some1 to make up the piping, could work out costing more than you think m8 :cry:

Don't know the exact dimentions... Phone Ian @ Hiteq as thats where I got the kit from...

I use a Norris Designs Stage 2 intercooler. Good for 550 brake or so i'm told :wink:

im running a 33X10X3inch intercooler ,very big and only just fits the car but works better than i ever expected and no increase in lag either

That looks unreal! I think that's one of the neatest cut out front bars I've seen. Blue rocker cover looks tops too!
