Help with Turbo!

Hi, this weekend me and my mate are going to put my engine back together.
The turbo has just been sitting in the shed for more then 5 months now and is covered with the usual dust dirt etc...
When the turbo was taken off it was working fine but after sitting around for 5 months in the shed could it affect its performance?

Well my question is, how am i going to clean the turbo out?
Just slam it back onto the engine and let the oil clean it out or use an airline to blow all the dirt out and then put it on.
Wouldnt it be sensible to put oil in the chambers b4 you bolt the turbo back on?

When you took off, you should have blanked all the openings and plugged the oil holes
Hopefully there's only dust in there, anything bigger you should see.
It might be worth trying to put some oil in and rotate it gently by hand to work it in OR you could just bolt it back on and hope for the best
