Head build parts info?

Hi chaps good question for those with rebuilding knowledge,

I have been talking to some one about making me new 3way valve seats and guides but i need to know;

ID of valve seats recess Intake and Exhaust (Bit of head seat gets pressed into)
ID of Valve guide recess Intake and Exhaust (Bit of head guides pressed into)

If someone has them removed could they do a quick check to save me drilling out my old head

what's wrong with the old seats/guides?

Thinking of refurbing my old head and might as well do whole job ports, chambers, valves, guides, seats etc

He just needs the measurements.

Should really have tried there first I suppose will dig out the hard copy as my mechanic still has the cd :doh:

@ Stumo yes I am aware of the miss conception that bigger is better they guy i've lined up does a lot of bike work so with smaller CC's I expect him to tidy rather than go nuts with a die grinder!
