got it done, feel stupid cause it was in english and under the bonnet....oh well.

compression numbers were 165, 165, 165, 165.

so...i found a pic, looks like it's third from the bottom on the right...assuming mine isn't moved *up or down one*.

guess i'll look for the 15 since it is between two 10s. werd

just dis-connect the ht lead from the coil, so the engine doesnt fire, then carry out comp test, but keep throttle wide open to get correct results. easy!

though if you want to do it the fuel pump way there is a green relay in the fusebox under the bonnet, remove that and that will stop the flow of fuel.

I learnt that from Yoda Chan...;-)

You can also unplug the CAS sensor. That way it stops everything, fuel pump, injectors and spark etc....

whoops, right ed. Gee I forgot how I did mine.

Ah, I remember now. If the spark plug is out the engine wont fire. take all the plugs out at the same time before testing a cylinder.

ya....who woulda thought it'd be under the bonnet and in english...stupid me.

oh well, got it all done, only locked the keys in the car once.

numbers were 165, 165, 165, 165 on the dot.

That's what I do to build oil pressure after an oil change. Very effective and just one easy to find plug. ;-)
