Diff / Driveline Trouble

had three clutch disc snapped for me over the last year.
Now i bought me a new used gearbox and transfer.
put it all together after the book. nice and sound.
found that the transferbox had been sitting quite loose from the engine (bad install earlier on) and only tightened to the gearbox itself. might this have contributed to the clutchdiscs breaking somehow?

well over to today. after putting it together with the "new" gearbox and transfer.
i found that when i turned on of the FRONT wheels, the other followed in the SAME direction, that aint supposed to happen as the F-diff in the transfer is a open diff right?
when i took it out for a test drive i worked fine unless i turned.
when i turned it started banging from the front.
and only when i applied accelerating load from the engine.

what should i do? and i dont know wheter the clutch is doing fine now, feels quite good but it did work for two weeks last time also.. so any input on both cases is appriciated.

feel free to bother your brains and post your ideas on this matter ;)
