sheffield im afraid.. ill give it a try with a very long thingy and 12. did you replace the sensor and has it stopped showing 34? what were the symptoms and is it any better? oh and once you manage to unscrew the sensor, how do you get to the plug on the end??

Yes replaced the sensor as I was getting code 34. Have deleted it so I was going to check after work tomorrow to see if it stays out.

I had a slight lack of power/holding back but the boost gauge was reading find. Would get jerking when cruising off boost and when on you would feel the car not pull that hard and then catch up with itself and also like a weak missfire. So looked like the det sensor was playing with the ignition and retarding it to much.

Since replacing it's running spot on now and pulls like a train
I used £35 one off eBay with 3year warranty on the sensor
