iv had my car over a year now and just noticed the problem now  , the other day i was cheeking the oil and noticed that the pip from the vacuum(i think) which connects to the boost solenoid the one up front under the FMIC was not connected, the one from the air filter on the other hand, was.

ok this is my question had the engine or turbo been under danger, if the pip was not connected, or does it mean that the solenoid has had it and i need a new one.

What boost are you running? If it's off the gauge and feels fast as f**k then you may have a problem, but as your engine hasn't blown after a year you should be ok.
As long as the line from the plenum chamber to the wastegate actuator is continuos and not leaking you should be ok. Is there a T piece in this line at the wastegate end? this normally goes to the boost solenoid, but if there's a bleed valve for example, it probably won't be connected.
