I have never bedded my clutches in i have never seen the need. I have never had any problems either.

However I always bed my brakes in the reason for this is to prevent hot spots occuring in the brake pads and this limits the braking capabilities of the pads.

The clutch is not effected by "hotspots" so I see no need to bed them in.

Clutch's are effected by hotspots but you don't really need to run them in, some hard compound clutch's slip under hard driving when new but the only way to bed them in is let them slip until they sort em selves out.
