Hi all
I'm looking at some point at doing my suspension, don't really wont to go for coil overs so i was thinking whiteline springs an koni shocks but ofcourse everything good for pulsar is discontinued or i can't find it

So do you guys know if whiteline spring are still available and if yes where i can find them or any other descent springs I can only find spax but i don't want that big drop

Another question since koni discontinued gti inserts and those for suzuki baleno too i thought about blistein conversion but again can't find what sort of cartridges people use so any help would be much appreciated

Whiteline springs are long discontinued, just have to keep your fingers crossed for a used set to pop up, I would like a set too

RSR do lowering springs (have them on my car) but I'm not sure about how good they are, fronts have half the amount of coils as the unknown set I have and they seem very soft on the road.

King springs also list the Gti-r but no experience of them.

Had a feeling the Baleno shocks had been discontinued too, did you speak to Trevor then? I'm still not sure about the Baleno/Maxima suitability either.

sorry to revive a slow tread Like you i wasnt keen to go to coil overs. Im running King springs and GAB struts the Rears i have had retro fitted with bilstein inserts the difference is truely astounding
but the cost was so much i could have bought a full set of BCs (insert cheap brand here)
but my minds made up i would certainly do it again

Can anyone confirm if the king springs are standard spec and if on gab inserts what is the ride height measured from centre of shaft/hub to underside of arch?

My gabs are too low so wondering if I put standard spec springs on them will I get standard ride height?

Cheers

King springs (F:KDFL-1/4.0kg, R:KDRL-50/2.4kg, progressive rate) are around a 25mm drop, and have a rubbish reputation (in general) in Aus where they are made .

Springs set the height, so yes, standard height springs will result in standard height :)

If your GABs are indeed in good condition (after 15-20 years?) you could get some springs custom made to your height and rate requirements.

If anyone knows the part numbers of the Bilstein inserts that fit the stock strut housings that would be great to share!

Hey Shalom! - Long time, no see and all that... mainly because I haven't been on GTiROZ in a while.

I found that Kaddett Bilstein inserts should work pretty good on GTiR. I will investigate it later and order a set for a testing.
