Can you make it to the Wirral? - The club RR day for the N/W is coming up fairly soon, so that's probably cheaper than just paying for a power run... especially when you get free input from other members.

I know it's not the West Midlands, but if your car is running it's not that far and this lot (Dyno Demon) seemed to be pretty trustworthy and helpful when we've been before.

Failing that, a lot of people bang on about the Racing Line (TRL) in Halifax... but it does seem to be fairly heavily for Mitsubishi owners. I appreciate that's not really the West Midlands either.

Only one I know in westmids is pj motorsport. I don't know what they are like tho, never used them.
They used to be into fords but the last 7 years have been just Jap.
Or you can go to street racers in liecester, gordon knows his way around pulsars and we've had a few rolling road days there with him.

Also would be interested in this but looking for somewhere that will check my AFR's as well as a power run.

Ok, had a bit of spare time so i just came off the phone to P.J Motorsport with a few details.
They can cater for 2wd and 4wd cars using a Dynopack machine which is a hub dyno and apparently very accurate, they usually do a set of three or four power runs per car.
They check your boost pressure and also monitor your AFR's at the same time as doing the power runs.
All cars get a full colour print out of:
    A. BHP and Torque
    B. Boost reading
    C. AFR readings

They charge £80 per car which isn't exactly cheap but they seem pretty clued up and i have read some good reviews on them. That said i have no experience with them myself so if anyone could shed some light on this firm that would be great.

The chap also mentioned if we can get together more than 5 cars they are willing to do us some discount dependant on numbers.
Would anyone else be interested in this or suggest another place in the west midlands if not?
