who is up for proving once and for all that evo and scobies are shit??? there was a scoobie vs evo shootout at york last meeting, i wonder how many we culd get to take them on we dont need the fastest all the evo were slower than 12.0 and so were most of the scoobies :thumbsup:

August bank holiday probably the best nest meet, plus it gives chance to drum up a bit of interest.

Would love to prove it with you, but can't drive at the mo due to injury, so you boys have got the challenge!!!

Through track experience though, scoobies no problem, evo's mixed results. Got chased down and taken by 2 evo's at Castle Combe :doh: , but when I drove a bit more confidently after a few laps, I chased them down and forced them into errors as I was all over both of them. In the end they both moved over and waved me by. Happy days!!! :thumbsup:

i was origanally thinking some time next year i was just wondering roughly how many are intrested then i will send out the challenge.

ps im thinking of doing this on the 1/4mile maby we could do it on a 0-60 day as a bonus

some intresting news on this i spoke to the guy who sorted out the subaru vs evo shootout he is up for it, now in the mix is the gt4s looks like its going to be a 4 way 4wd 2ltr shootout jap shootout

ok..

Elvington with timed handling track, 0-60 and 1/4 mile. The GT4OC do this, bit of everything then!

Can straightliners not offer a mini TOTB session or perhaps just a handling section for the day?

the main problem with that is overall cost ect there is no point creating a mini totb this is some thing differant

just to recap its a 5 way 2 ltr turbo with scoobys, evo, pulsars, GT4 and MR2 with a semie final then final and a 3rd n 4th play off, it is open to all the more the merrier

as its our 20th annerversary lets celibrate by spanking our nearest rivels
