What Jon said. - It's not like manifold or turbo are all shiny... and my exhaust has already blued from the head.

Hi Bogdan
I can't at the moment I'm buying a house also have other things to sort but hope to be back in touch or on the look for one end of the summer,

As i have been asked.....i find it honest to let everyone know.
This part of the triangular flange was cut because it was hitting the turbo housing.

So......These are the fitting instructions.
1. Remove the entire Turbo + Manifold + Elbow
2. Remove the turbo from the manifold and the elbow from the turbo
3. Remove the original bolts from the turbo housing (you should end up with something like this)


4. Mount thicker gasket between elbow and turbo....this style


5. Install the provided Allen Bolt in the position shown


6. Put the elbow on the turbo in this position and screw the 2'nd allen bolt


7. Tighten in position the remaining 3 allen bolts


Important notes:

-Use copper based grease on the threads before mounting them.
-Use this type of allen key to tighten screws no. 1 and 2



-In the package you will have all the needed mounting hardware
-If needed, the allen bolts might need shortening 2-3 mm (because not all the turbos have the depth on the threads)
-If necessary enlarge the holes from the triangular 3 bolt flange on the downpipe (I have seen downpipes which have 12 mm holes, some which have 14 mm and some which have 10 mm)

-All the 5 bolt flanges have been modified for easy installation!

If you have an elbow with the weld like this:


Use the bolt on the left for the mentioned hole


Or....for a situation like this


You will have all the harware needed with the elbow!
