Not at the moment. I was going to do it yesterday after work, but it started raining, so had to leave the cover on.

Not sure what it's worth mate. The drivers sill is chopped out and the car needs a lot of work. Open to sensible offers though.

Hi, I have just found out today that as of Saturday iv lost the storage location for my pulsar, and as I have nowhere else to keep it, the car needs to go asap. The shell is rough (hence the reason track use) and requires the passenger side sill to be welded. The engine is standard, fitted...

Over the past day or so iv, removed every unnecessary trim panel or bracket from the rear bumper, alligned, drilled and fitted the rear bumper, shutz'd the rear tubs, reassembled the rear suspension, checked over and reassembled the rear brakes, refitted the wheels, fitted the walbro fuel pump...

I couldn't believe just how bad it had corroded, especially the cost of them! Ill have a look at the jetex parts, as i want something quieter for track use, but without using 2 back boxes, etc.

Welded in the osr arch and my mate started dilling snd sanding the quarter, so almost ready for paint...once i fix the sills :( Also started cleaning up and shutzing the rear tubs. removed my 5zigen back box to find its rotten! Anyone know where to get a replacement or is it better getting...

If the actuator is weak the boost pressure (10psi) will be opening the wastegate before the desired pressure is reached (16-18psi). if it was my car i would use a mitevac to check the actuator, then i would find a way to stop the wastegate opening and go a run, if the car still makes only 10psi...

Yeah pretty much mate, but tou might have a issue with the actuator...might be worth checking?

The bleed valve will restrict the pressure/vaccum to the actuator, but if the housing is cracked it wont reach the desired set point because effectively the wastegate is open all the time....i think.

Is it not a possibility that the turbine housing is cracked around the wastegate penny, so in affect never meets the bleed valves desired set point?

Spent another couple of hours on the car today, so stripped off the rear struts and brakes, so need new rear discs u less i can get them skimmed, also my painter/panel beater mate decided to take over with the filler on the nsr quarter as he said im rubbish at it. i think this is the final skim...

Yeah sure was. That car was a proper marvel of engineering and even though its french, you have to appreciate the time, money and effort that went into that car. So who owns the red pulsar thats at HQ Performance at the moment? i had a nosey under it today when i was in their workshop.
