because you said:
"on right turns the PS front will make a rumbling noise, increases with speed and turn severity"
I'd check the CV joint first and / or hub bearings. If it looks pretty tired i'd get a new one. You may have -lets hope not- more than just one problem that could be making a...
Ah. Yes. This is getting tough now, finding the correct ball joints. I got mine from a company called ICP.

i've found them to either have nothing of one thing or a tremendous supply of something else that you don't need. A bit hit and miss but they were or are...
It had crossed my mind that you’d comment on that. But I know you’re gagging, I say gagging to know what I’ve done on my Pulsar today and I’ve fitted the old catch can AND restrictor pipe which was really difficult to hunt down but I got lucky.
If you don't want to wait months, i got my water pipes from a company called Roose - roosemotorsport.co.uk - They said they had a set which was for the RNN14 but they're not really. I say that as there are some odd looking articles in the set that have no place on the Pulsar but you're not left...
I’m not saying it is the right thing to do but I’m sure I got mine (gearbox plug underneath) undone using the square stud on the half inch ratchet with no socket. It fits quite well. It’d be the same with a breaker bar.
Silly billy, they fit but the calliper will scrape. So I bought the same wheels again in a 15” et35. These will definitely fit. So the 14s are either going back or I’m going to have to flog them probably at a loss.
Here are some pics of the original spare one I’ve got. If it’s in better condition than yours you’re welcome to have it if it can get your car up and running at a slightly cheaper cost until you want to get a new one.
Ooo blimey, lemme do some diggin. BBS
BTW, I still have my old one if you want it? it’s just sat in my garage here. Still works in pretty good condition. I only got a new one as I thought it was the root of a problem but was not so the original one is still good.
