I have noticed with my R that since I put on a full set of slicks and running or the international track at mondello my car is dumping allot of oil out the rocker cover breather :sad: . All this started on the same day first outing on the new tyres and track , mostly right hand corners with one...
I would like to ask the lad's with the exedy clutches what one's do the have fitted ? (single ,twin ,multiplate and what sort of power are they running ?
By the way has any looked at ORC clutches on nengun as they do one for the gtir ?
the reason why i ask is there are probably a lot more sequential box's out there that might fit (gear set's) as a lot of the above car's where used for racing .also the primera was used as a touring car .:thumbsup:
there are 2 gear cables they are push pull cables ,
1 for when the gear stick is pushed forward /backward .the other one is for when the gear stick is pushed left /right .
if the evo set up is made to work on cables has any one looked at converting the gtir box to cable shift ?

i think you mean the center diff ?as the stander front diff is open .the center diff on the other hand is a viscous coupling diff that gives you a 50/50 split front an rear .so by asking you to jack up the back of your car and see dose it move forwards is all down to the center diff .if it is...
No leave the wheels on the car and when the car is in the air leave the hand brake off to stop the pads sticking to the disc .A cover would help alright the keep it clean .
just park it in the shed disconnect the battery and if you can get some axle stands to put the car on (to take the weight off the tyres if they go soft) close the door and walk away ,it should be fine when you come back :thumbsup: then when you get back then get it serviced other wise you will...
