Not in the same league but we have discovery 4's on the fleet at work and I have to say they are a joy to drive particularly with the 8 speed gearbox. Wouldn't want to pay to run one though, its body off for most jobs including cam belt.

There is a sort of rubber tube part that the gaiter attaches to then that pushes over the seal. Still available from Nissan.

I would fit a standard replacement that way your less likely to have problems with the rest of the clutch components.
