The car is always run on shell v power, it my fourth pulsar and does'nt seem rattley from what i can tell. I dont understand the key incident that i described unless i am being a prat and that once the car is turned off all codes are cleared!

Hi bob thanks i have blocked it up and the car seems the same. You asked e to tell you what i thought of the intercooler. It feels a little more torquey than before. Also when the car is very hot it has stopped sufferring from heat soak/power loss so i think its a good investment Thanks again

Thats the pipe mate its part of the intercooler. i think Odin maybe right because the hole has some thread as if something was connected there. But as you showed in the pic thats the correct pipe its just before it goes into the silicone/rubber ic pipe. thanks

Hi thanks for the reply i don't understand what you mean. The hole is in the intercooler itself just before where it goes into the rubber pipe secured by the large jubilee clip, the small hole is on the side facing the near side strut
