I'm using 10w 40 Sami senthic oil and the only be about qoter of a liter low it dosent be fully low and just a quick queston what sort of temp does the water reach when engine is fully warm?

hi all just got my turbo reconditioned and drove it slowly to let the oil burn off from the exhaust but now the oil has all burned out but the car still tends to smoke soon as boost kicks in even at 3k rev, and the oil level is getting low ive toped it up and just keeps getting low to the...

yepp...the water was gurglingg after a whilee thats why i turned it off......and i replaced the rad cap to a 1.1 bar one now and has made a difference but i think most likely its got air lock in the system

lol...nope its not the petrol i was feeling rich ;) haha....but my turbo seals went which i recon'd nd replaced...so the car has been on quite abit to let all the excess oil clear out the exhaust....but i dont think its headgasket as that would have reduction in power....any ideas on thermostat...

Yep I did Leave it on for about 20 mins to let it cool down, the fan works perfectly and there are no water leaks and the level is finee...i was thinking could it be the thermostat cheers

drove the R for a wile and then left it to cool down for a wile around 20 mins and suddenly the exhaust started to smoke rapidly (white smoke)and then i noticed the radiator cap came off from one corner and steam was coming out and could hear the water bubbling and i have fitted a water temp...

Hi all I had few days free and decided to take ma turbo off and change it. so far I have removed the rad. I have been told by a mate to remove the turbo from where the manni and turbo join. But from what I could see it seems alot harder from there so where would guys advise me to take it off...

its got okish mods there ,exhaust , filter , front mount , bigger injectors , 255 fuel pump, mines ecu, oil cooler and couple of other things. so you wouldn't really think its any good then?

but what would you think is the 15w - 50 any good for it??

ok mate will tell him that . he has got good enuff mods ( low mount, hks induction kit, mongoose exhaust, bigger injectors, 255 fuel pump) that is far as i knw. so what would you recommend that he should go for???

lol ok will tel him dont bather with a 4" inlet. if its just something minor that has to be done 4 it to fit then i gess it ok but its just that he doest want to be spending more by buying lots of other things for the turbo to be put on.

if it was the 0.86?? would that still fit the standard setup ?? what is the standard size for the compressor hosing??
