It's been a while since I last did this but it was a standard size. Can't remember if it was 3/8" or 1/2" though.

Fit a carbon one or fibre glass one. Could save upto 10kg+

Any composite panels? With only that removed I'd have thought still over 1100kg.

What gearbox do you have in yours? RA or RB?

It might also be worth checking the voltage at the fuel pump.

Is the pump fitted in the tank correctly? Could it be something else like an air leak?

You'll hit just over 120mph at 7500rpm in 5th gear. You'll need 3rd gear to hit 60.

Possibly they've blocked the pick up and caused the low oil pressure. Can't say I recognise them unless they're part of the timing chain guide maybe? It doesn't look like a turbo thrust bearing but that would probably give you alot of smoke anyway.

I had a standard pivot break on me. It was with an RPS clutch, very heavy.

If your rad fans are on all the time, check your aircon isn't turned on.

I'd be tempted to drop the fuel tank and do ALL fuel hoses/pipe and brake pipes while it's in bits.

People had problems years ago and I think they just shaved part of the gearbox off. PS You might need longer studs with a 10mm spacer.
