    Passenger window switch not working

As above. First off, neither of the windows worked, so I bought a drivers switch, worked ok. Then, the new switch packed up, so I bought another one from Bob (which was off a Primera), which I fitted today. The drivers window works ok, as does the central locking, but the passenger window...

    car cutting out

I used to have the same problem, iirc, it happened at about 95 in 4th, and 100 something in 5th. It would cut out for about 5 seconds, the revs would drop to idle, if you had the clutch in, although it would not stall. Never found out what was causing it though unfortunatley. I thought perhaps...

    Are Pulsar's Ugly..

How come the in gear acceleration times were so poor for the 'R, compared to some other's? It looks like you have to rev it more than the other's?

    Anyone used AJECracing in Gloucester?

As above really, I see that they have a new place in Staverton, with a RR. Might be needing some fault finding/ timing sorting out.

    Dare wheels +Dpmotors

Thanks for that mate, the last thing I want is wheels that are going to be damaged easily, as I'm buying them to replace badly curbed wheels that leak air. I like the look of the 12 spoke Dare's, they look a little like one of the O.Z's (superlegeras I think). Anyone recomendend any other...

    Dare wheels +Dpmotors

Anyone here using Dare wheels, they look good, but I've never heard of them. Are they light, well made, good laquer on them? Dpmotors seem to have a lot of wheels on e-bay, I presume they are the same as dp motorsport, but it says there are based in Ayreshire? Anyone got any experience of...

    Holding back and hesitant

Cold start sensor? Had mine go, IIRC, it was overfueling like a bastich, and was very difficult to start. Not sure if the symptoms match yours though.

    Respray

I was going to put up a similar post, may as well jump on this one I guess, and ask a few extra questions. My rear arches are rusted to the point of falling apart, can you just buy a small section of arch, and weld it in, will it then be filled, or just rubbed/sanded down and painted...

    Raising the compression?

Got the car back in the week, clutch feels a fair bit lighter than the AP, judders like hell though, which I presume is because it's bedding in on the old flywheel. Will report back in two years time, or when it breaks, whichever comes first :-)

    Clifford concept 50X problems

lol, I'm sure they havent done anything dodgy to it, he's a bloke I know well, and have used for several years (it's the second clutch he's put in the car for me). Any help would be appreciated, there are no dealers around Gloucester. I will have a look tommorow to make sure no wires/plugs have...

    Clifford concept 50X problems

My car has been in the garage for about two weeks, having a new clutch. Whilst it was there the battery was dissconected to save it going flat. Now my alarm siren doesnt work, the alarm and immobiliser still work, but when I set the alarm off, or arm/disarm it, it doesnt make a noise. Its got an...

    sunroof woes

Have you tried pulling it with your hand? They can get stuck if not used for a while, or full of crud. Might work if you give it a helping hand.

Have I done the right thing?

Had mine 9 years, Ive got it written into my will that I am to be buried in it! Saying that, they are getting pretty old and ropey now ;-)

    Power loss

TBH, it doesnt sound much like a det sensor, most people I've heard of who have had dodgy sensors have different symptom's to you (myself included). The det sensor (when faulty) usually retards the timing across the whole rev range, and doesnt cut the igniton/boost as you are experiencing...

    Fault Code Check

I changed mine, but also had to get it rewired before the fault cleared. I would change it first though, this seems to work for most people.
