MAFM Upgrades above 600BHP

I know that the Nistune ecu supports quite a few MAF's including the R35 GTR which is what I am/I'll be using.

I'm sure I read that it was capable of 700bhp in the right diameter pipework.

When power goes over 500 you should be looking at ecu's that have good knock control , a Nissan z32 maf will top out at 520ish hp, you can use a mustang cobra maf with nistune but why with the cost of ecu now.
Thanks for your reply. I understand that above 600BHP people don't use the afm's at all. Am I correct?

Mass air pressure, inlet air temperature, aftermarket ecu, if you get the right setup you can have it run everything and fit coil on plug.

Syvecs for what it can do and precision for the price is the best value, I run one. Motec are expensive and you have to pay to understand lock the extra things like anti lag, link seem to be good value and halters as well

That's sound. Which ECU would you choose and what do you think about Syvecs?
as previously said by others stand alone is best, I'm running link g4+ storm which also means I can tap my exisiting sensors i.e oil temp, oil pressure etc into the ecu and it can detect and make alterations depending on those inputs. All ties in with the knock control link now offer as standard on its g4+ range. like the doc said though if your budget allows for it syvecs is king but link isnt far behind now.

Hi! Thanks for your message and advice. I'm only gathering the info about all possibilities and will be choosing between the 2 mentioned ECU's. All the best:)
