Market for these cars ain't been right since '08. And most recently non existant, I sold up start of the year and pop in from time to time, there used to page after page to trail through now when I come on for a read there,s only 4 post and that's mainly noobs asking the same old questions,

it look like a nice shell you,ve got there but that seems to be your main selling point, Williams had a straight shell no rot just had 2k paint job seam welded, in the end I think he gave it to his mate

. Maybe Advertising in Europe is the way to go, but from what if seen over the years there either prep'd rally cars or straight standard examples,

is there any money in selling modified cars, I thought parts is where the moneys at as enthusiasts tend to want to build the car themselves

i tend to agree with what your saying dan but even the parts arent worth jack shite now really which is why i started up doing the fiats and thumbs in other pies so to speak.

forums as you say have been dead and dying more every year, at end of the day theres new kids/cars on the block now which will give a pulsar a good run for its money out the crate with no mods so people are selling up and buying them instead.......its sad but is none the less a fact!

there will always be the diehards who love the pular (im one of them, il always have one no matter what) but you have to face facts and reality is at the moment in uk there not worth anything

It's not just pulsars it's most performance cars.look at how much some of the early subarus evo's and celicia gt4 are going for. It's an image thing in the uk I think, though the forums don't help when it comes to reliability issues.

yes thats true because all you ever read about on forums is things that go wrong and most of those are stupid things that can easily be sorted with a little thinking to solve a problem. but for people looking at buying whatever car they are put off immediately by a whole host of minor issues.
same goes for the gtr i just bought.....loads of rabbit about this n thats packed up on my car but sometimes you have to read through all the crap 'and in fairness a lot of it is just crap' and buy the car and see for yourself lol

the only thing ive noticed with pulsars inparticular is that because they are no longer produced the forums are dead in relation to any other car and the following has always been miniscule anyway, whereas other forums still have a large following even if price of cars are low, why....i just dont know

move all this crap to another thread if you like mods as were just spamming spikeys car thread here

I think they key factor here is the number of cars produced.
