Thought a few of you might be interested in mine and vss irvine's joint car, yes it is a real NME car with all documentation for group A, but it is actually Group N, it has all the nismo parts fitted and we have all the spare's.

Will you bring it to Bedford for a shake down? I promise not to leave stains on it if you do.

Seriously though, this is quite a coup for the two of you. Was it in France; those look like French plates?

I can see it's had a new front wing, and there's some obvious stone chip damage, but that's about it. The cage and interior look right to me, but how would I really know?

Had it been sitting for a while; that usually what does for the brakes isn't it?

So many questions...

Nice 8)

Guess that's what you were busy with when I phoned you yesterday afternoon. Looking forward to seeing that in action, what sort of use have you got planned for it?

Hopefully I sort of made sense when you phoned me back, was a messy night

A left hooker possibley found in some barn north France...Untouched, unloved for years. There is a guy on here who has a few forgotten his name. I have his details though. We met up with him in North London once. He had a few European examples in his field.

Maybe a helicopter rather than a plane? - That needs less space to land/take-off in; not as fast as a plane I'll grant you, but more convenient and probably still faster than driving.

Or maybe it's the one that Bob had some time ago .

the car was part of a collection of 3 nme cars and 4 full and 4 or more stripped road cars.

before we could buy anika we had to buy the 4 road cars and all the spares as the owner wanted to clear his yard and barn.

so we've had all that over the last 4 months and yesterday we went back for this car.

its called anika as the owner named all his cars and thats what he decided. others included lana and julie!

the nme was run in france by a nissan dealer as his own personal hillclimb car, its got a full set of diffs and brand new dog box.

jumbo nismo( we think) suspension and ap racing 4 pots front and rear.

itll be getting fully recommissioned soon with a set of proflex going on and a general tidy up.

it runs 16" and 15" fondmetal split rims and also a genuine set of works 16" enkei's.

both danny and i have worked fuckin hard to make this happen, its been almost a year and thousands of miles in the making travelling across the country.

just glad we own the car and all the nismo spares it has with it.

itll soon be time to play!
