hey guys, i'm searching for a mines ecu or a chipped one.

driving my daily with the 1bar loop ful kakimoto exhaust end a walbro. i want to be a bit more on the safe side. to get my ecu mapped in austria is harder than you guys can imagine, and to go for a nistune is at the mo a stupid way cause its near to stock.

if anyone got a good bit for me, pls let me know :)

thanks in advance

I can supply you with a map I've done here, you just need to make sure you get the timing right at your end and ideally have fuel checked. Do you have FMIC?

thanks for the fast reply ed.

i've the stock tmic in place. will go for an uprated tmic if i can get a custom one from my mate.

would you recommend an fmic as well?

car has now 70k km's on it.stock boost till i upped it. ign and fuelling seems fine to me. i've checked the timing, and added an walbro.

greets

Ok let me check I'm sure I have a 'stage 1' I've done for TMIC and walbro pump which will see you safe to 300 odd, its much better than any mines ecu etc youll get.

Advise on the Nistune mate, worth the money. Plus The Map Ed put on mine was almost perfect with my spec and only needed tweeked a wee bit.
Plus the software allowed me to upgrade the injectors to 660cc`s myself and fuelling is still spot on :)

Sounds like you have been talking to plonkers or reading rubbish.

Nistune is probably the quickest and easiest ecu upgrade you could do.

Couple this with Ed's maps and you would be laughing.

But stay away from Mines, old hat and not easy mapped.

Can just be a fixed romboard, nistune just allows the end user to have it tweaked, which in some cases is useful if the car is not perfect/something is slightly amiss, normally not an issue on a totally bog standard setup however.

i want it for now on a bpu for this season. i'm looking for an gt3071r setup if i'll go for 330+ :)

but for the season now i just want it on a basic performance upgrade as i wont buy parts wich cant be used with my new setup. a mines ecu can be sold in a year ery quickly. can you imagine what i mean? my english isn't that good :D

In that case, nistune say with a typical map would suit you for now, and then later you can change the map for one suitable for a new setup. Drop me a message if your seriously considering it and i'll sort something for you.
