and I've got one - red, 45k, third owner - I regret not buying Bakewell's car now, cos I fancy a winter project now my Pulsar is finished.

thats why i said are you sure you wanna flog it keidi!
i saw your face when i was strapping her on back of truck and i saw the look in your eyes and it certainly wasnt a look of pleasure lol.

i have to say that i really do like this car, i dont know why but theres just something about it thats different to others ive driven.....it certainly is not the fastest or best looking or handling, the rear brakes need sorting as ive ran out of rear calipers and there fooked, the exhaust is too loud and the rust bits need sorting. but it just feels much more at home on the road as a reliable every day runner if that makes sense, i will get the thing looking mint next year but may just keep this car for myself.

also just thought of another uk sunny which gtir joey owns
so how many is that in total, not including the one johnsy has thats being stripped?

i stripped a white uk sunny a few years ago, it was one of the worst condition gtir's i had come across.

been up on the east coast 1 mile from the sea most of its life.

yeah we had one in a while back which was in a right state we ended up scrapping that as it was truly rotten obviously it had seen far too many salty winter roads lol

I heard there was a difference in the manufacturing of pulsars/sunnys with the paint work. one was galvernised one wasn't.

any truth to that? or is it just that the japs dont need salt on the road?

i didnt want to sell it by any means bob i was in process of spliting with long term partner and it was just eating up money so made decision to get rid. everyone said u need to sell it so i made the choice and have missed driving and having the car every since. i aint drove anything that put a smile on face evos or scoobys. truth is i have more money now than i had when i was together with missus so didnt need to get rid o well mate nothing i can do about it now

ive got one not in the best condition but will be much better begining of new year with new sills half of floor some little welding here and there :)

lol, I'm in the same boat as you, except it's my bike, got it mot'd last year then never bothered my arse taxing it, so probably gonna sell it (provided its still there)for a pulsar/sunny in the next couple of months....well...after looking at this thread i think it's gonna be more towards a pulsar if there's only a handful of sunny's left lol
